Warranty: Creative Mold Work extends a warranty to cover all products purchased directly from our website or through custom requests. This warranty encompasses defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of two years from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues within this period, kindly reach out to us promptly with your proof of purchase. We are dedicated to working collaboratively with you to swiftly address and resolve any concerns.

It is essential to note that our warranty does not encompass damage resulting from improper use or care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. We also reserve the right to assess and determine whether a particular product qualifies for coverage under the warranty. Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with your Creative Mold Work product, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories. Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days. For customers within the EU, Creative Mold Work will cover the cost of return shipping. Customers outside of the EU are responsible for their return shipping costs. Please be aware that returns failing to meet our criteria may be refused.
